Traudl, our host and chef, has been in the kitchen for almost 50 years now. With the assistance of Ossy she will certainly spoil you, using different herbs and spices from our garden and various products from the surrounding farms.
The flavour of our wines and the taste of our dishes, the recipes of our grandmothers, the typical South Tyrolean home cooking and the wide choice of Italian dishes will allow you to relax in a comfortable surrounding enjoying your meal.
